How long do orders take?

Orders will take between 2-6 months to be completed.

Are there some flowers that preserve better than others?

Yes!  White flowers are the hardest to preserve. They can easily turn brown and bruise easily. Not all flowers dry great due to the amount of moisture in the stem/flower.  It is important to know that your flowers colour will change as it is part of the drying process.

Can I ship you my flowers?

Of course! We receive lots of orders from all across Canada and the United States.

How many bookings do you take each week?

We reserve 75% of the bookings each week for brides and 25% for memorial orders as they come up. Bookings in the busy season (May-December) fill up fast, if you are wanting flower preservation for your big day, we highly encourage you to book your slot in advance to ensure there is availability.

What if I forgot to book in advance?

Please reach out to me directly to see how we can assist you. We will always try our best to accommodate you and take last minute bookings if we have availability.

When do I need to tell you what I want to do with my flowers?

At time of drop-off or shipping we will need to know what you’d like to do with your flowers. However, you can change your mind up until the drying process is complete. We do communicate again once flowers are dried to re-confirm your order in case you want to change anything.
